1. Customer development and maintenance: Seeking and mining business information, developing high-quality customers, maintaining good relationships with existing customers, and becoming strategic partners;
2. Recruitment consulting services: responsible for recruitment projects commissioned by clients, focusing on the search for high-end candidates in the industry, responsible for a series of recruitment matters such as candidate interviews, salary negotiations, offer distribution, onboarding and probationary period follow-up;
3. Candidate management: Accumulate rich industry candidate resources, maintain good relationships with candidates, become career mentors for candidates, and provide medium - and long-term career planning for candidates;
4. Talent market research: closely monitor talent market information, draw talent maps, conduct industry targeted mapping, timely capture business opportunities, and proactively sell to customers and candidates.
Requirements:
-Education level: Bachelor's degree, no major restrictions, good English proficiency, priority consideration given to 985/211 universities;
-Professional requirements: Priority given to Human Resource Management, Business Administration, and Applied Psychology.
-Work experience: Over two years of work experience, preferably in headhunting, sales, or HR recruitment for well-known companies, with a passion for the headhunting industry.
-Ability and quality: strong business sensitivity and sales traits; Rich experience in managing customer development teams; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Clear thinking and attention to details; Strong self motivation; Outcome oriented; High sense of responsibility and strong ability to withstand pressure.
