Research Consultant/Business Consultant

★ Job description:

—Position Title: Research Consultant/Business Consultant
—Location: USA or Canada or China(Base China to the United States after two years of work)
—Reporting Line: Dual reporting: Leader of the Early Research Team in China & Corporate Partner based in Seattle

★ Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop search strategies and action plans based on client needs, and build and accumulate a talent database.
2. Identify candidates through the company’s talent pool and other channels, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
3. Write candidate reports and facilitate the client-candidate interview process.
4. Handle candidate salary negotiations and background checks, assist candidates in onboarding, and provide follow-up support.
5. Collect business development leads and assist the team in formulating and implementing business development strategies.
6. Stay updated on talent market information, participate in industry summits, and conduct talent mapping and industry mapping.

★ Eligibility / Job Requirements: (educational background / work experience / knowledge and skills) :

1. Must hold a long-term U.S. or Canada visa.
2. Fluent in both Chinese and English.
3. Bachelor’s degree, any major accepted (preferably in biology, human resources, or business-related fields).
